Villa Stancija Martina is a beautiful villa with swimming pool, offering peace and relaxation. The villa is located on the edge of the small village of Hrvatini near Kringa, part of the municipality of Tinjan. Tinjan is well known for its Istrian prosciutto Fair (ISAP), visited annually by more than 20,000 visitors from all over Europe. The villa is located only 15 minutes from the beaches and tourist attractions.
The villa was built in the original Istrian style with love for detail and tradition. All the furniture inside the villa are unique and handmade. All four bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathroom, each bedroom is equipped with a TV. In the outer part of the surface of 1,550 m2 there is a summer kitchen with a real fireplace, large private pool with hydrolysis and whirlpool, deck chairs, a separate workout room and large private car park. The villa is fully air conditioned and surrounded by green fields and forests. Staying in our villa you can enjoy the full experience of Istria, you can taste the typical local products such as pršut (Istrian prosciutto), cheese, eggs and seasonal vegetables. Families with children can visit our family farm and see the "farm yard" with domestic animals such as goats, cows, calves, pigs and chickens.

The price includes:
Resident tax, energy expenses, air conditioning, internet access, sheets, towels and dish towels, final cleaning.
Payment:
30% prepayment in our bank account.
The rest (70%) 7 days prior to arrival. Payment exclusively via bank transfer.
Security deposit:
€ 400,- to cover the cost of any damages, payable on arrival.
When there are groups of young people, we require double the deposit - even though for such inquiries, we ask to be contacted first to see if we even accept such a booking.
The deposit is refunded to you at the end of your stay subject to an inspection of the property for damage.
Check-in: 16:00hrs.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Pets:
Pets allowed in consultation with the homeowner, € 10.00 per night.
Pool:
Heated pool off-season - April, May, September, October - included in the price with mandatory prior notice, and in the high season - June, July, and August - with an additional charge and the same prior notice.
