Villa St. Martina is a newly built (2014), luxurious rustic villa with pool in central Istria.

The villa is located on the edge of the hamlet Hrvatini near Kringa, it is only a 15 km drive from the sea and 21 km from the lively town of Poreč.

From its terraces and pool spreads a beautiful view on the green woods and cultivated fields which are surrounding the villa.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with luxurious rustic furniture. The guests of the villa have on their disposal an outdoor swimming pool of 50 m² with hydro-massage (on request, the pool can be heated outside the summer period), a workout room with fitness equipment, a covered terrace with sitting set and a summer-kitchen with seating and stone barbecue.
The enclosed garden of approximately 1,550 m² with a well maintained lawn and parking for four cars.
